Felonious Greens is our microgreens business, but there's a bigger story behind the name. You see, microgreens are so much more than little versions of their big brothers & sisters. They are packed with more flavor and nutrients. Don't believe us, try them for yourself! These small but mighty greens pack a pouch of flavor followed up by up 40% more nutrients than their bigger counterparts. So we see these microgreens as packing flavors and nutrients that should be illegal! So we call our little group Felonious Greens!

It all started with our journey as a couple to be healthier. Jaimie eats a huge salad everyday. While Tito was experimenting with different ways to make the salad better Jaimie introduced some microgreens she bought at a farmers market in California while they were out visiting family. They both instantly fell in love with the flavor. Once back in Chicago they started growing microgreens on a very small, personally level. Some people showed interest and the idea came to them, "what if we offered these to our local community?" And that was the start of Felonious Greens.
